ABOUT YOGA BY THE SEA

Yoga translated as “union” is the integration of our physical, mental and spiritual bodies.

 

  • Physically you will increase flexibility, build strength and improve your balance and concentration.

  • Mentally the focus on your breathing will quieten your mind and allow you space from the noise of your thoughts.

  • Spiritually you become free to reconnect with your authentic self and to recognise the divine spark within.

 

Yoga is for everybody.  Established in 2000 people of all ages and abilities enjoy our classes.  We have a range of classes available that compliment each other and our qualified instructors will guide you visually, verbally and physically for you to achieve your potential in the poses.  There is a relaxation period at the end of every session that allows you to assimilate the effects of the asanas and you will go back into your world feeling harmonised and deeply rejuvenated.
