We’d love you to come to our classes and discover what yoga can do for you....

 

People come to yoga for many reasons - a chance to stretch tight muscles, relieve pain, improve health, manage stress, to take time out from a busy world or to seek spiritual growth. 

 

Yoga works to offer all of these benefits by uniting body, mind and spirit.  

 

Our classes have been running since 2000 and are open to all ages and levels of abilities.  All equipment is provided or feel free to BYO. Our qualified teachers give personalised instructions and individual adjustments throughout the group sessions to ensure you get the most out of your practice. 

 

Every session includes a relaxation period that leaves you feeling refreshed, revitalised and renewed!
